Hi I’m Becca – former midwife, now full-spectrum doula, Zest MaMa, and mum of 3.
After working in the NHS as a midwife for a number of years —specialising in caseloading and homebirth—I stepped away from midwifery to focus on doula work and the kind of emotional and nurturing care we all know families thrive on.
Passionate about informed choice, evidence-based support, and unhurried, honest conversations over tea. My caseload background has equipped me to be a valuable part of a holistic birth team, working collaboratively alongside midwives to offer that extra layer of emotional and practical support.
Three very different births (hospital and home) taught me that feeling truly heard and supported makes all the difference—even when things don’t go to plan.
Based in Beckenham, Southeast London. Also a hypnobirthing instructor, babywearing consultant, infant feeding coach, and unashamed pregnancy and birth geek. Powered by tea, pub lunches, and chatting with friends. Dreaming of countryside life.
