Nicola Ward

Hi I’m Nicola a dedicated and compassionate midwife with a deep passion for supporting women and families through one of life’s most transformative journeys.  With a focus on holistic, client-centred care, I aim to create a calm, trusting environment where you will feel heard, empowered and respected.

I began my midwifery career in 2003 and qualified in 2008. Working in NHS homebirth and continuity teams gave me a clear view of what truly matters; relationship-based care.  Whether I’m guiding first-time parents or offering reassurance through challenges, I have a passion for true continuity of carer.  I believe in the power of connection, kindness and compassionate care, where you are placed at the centre.
