I’m a Zest MaMa, Birth & Postnatal Doula and Hypnobirthing Instructor.

With Roar Birthing I aim to bring what I believe every mother should have through pregnancy, birth and postpartum:

I will support you practically, informationally, emotionally and spiritually.

I will be your guide, your coach, your confidante and your advocate.

I’ll ask you the deep questions, and hold you as you explore the answers.

I’ll be there for you when you think you can’t do it, and I’ll show you that you can.

And I will mother you, so you can mother your child.

If you’re after someone who brings real talk and nurturing hugs in equal measure, who has one foot firmly planted in science and the other in deep spiritual connection, who takes no shit and will trust you implicitly, give me a shout 💕
